Jane Wan was born in the vibrant city of Shanghai, China, and raised in a family of educators who valued honesty, hard work, and the pursuit of a better life. In 1989, driven by a desire to expand her horizons and explore new opportunities, Jane made the decision to leave Shanghai and move to the United States, a land often portrayed as an idyllic place of endless possibilities. Upon arrival, she faced a much different reality than she had imagined.
Life as a first-generation immigrant was challenging—a neverending whirlwind of culture shock, homesickness, and adaptation. Yet Jane’s determination to make a home for herself and find success in this new and unfamiliar land never wavered. After a decade of hard work, Jane’s tenacity paid off. Her American dream became a reality in 2000 when she founded her own apparel company, Quality Worldwide.
As a result, Quality Worldwide has earned a stellar reputation and cultivated a loyal base of employees and customers. Today, Quality Worldwide celebrates 24 years of producing high-quality clothing for brands in the U.S. and distributing them globally.
The company prides itself on fostering a true family environment, encouraging employees to work passionately, live joyfully, and build bright futures for themselves and their families.
In her spare time, Jane enjoys spending time with her family and continues to pursue her lifelong passion for dance, taking classes, performing, and competing whenever she can.
Blending her love for dance with her entrepreneurial spirit, she is currently dreaming up a line of dance-inspired clothing, which she hopes to bring to life very soon.
